We will provide everything you need for your class on the day including all equipment, ingredients and aprons as well as a suitable box to take your creations home in. Written materials will be provided after the class but if you want to take notes, please bring a notebook. If you will be travelling by public transport, please bring a bag that can fit a 12x12 inches cake box to easily carry your cake hone.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Unfortunately, we can't cater for extreme adverse allergies.
We take every precaution to make sure The Cake School is a safe space for everyone and regularly disinfect all areas of the building. You are not obliged in any way to wear a mask when you attend a class but you are more than welcome to do so if you choose to.
There is limited on-street free parking available but we can't guarantee that a space will be available when you arrive. If possible, please travel by public transport and book a cab home.
This is a decorating-only class but you will be taught how to make both Italian Meringue Buttercream and a No-Heat Meringue Buttercream. Recipes for both will be provided at the end of the class.
Our building is equipped with a lift and an accessible toilet to accommodate anyone with additional needs. Please contact us in advance if you need extra support and we will be happy to help.

Once you have paid for a class, we are unable to offer a refund if you choose to cancel your place. You can, however, receive a credit note if you cancel your place up to 21 days prior to your class.
